A single story villa in Höllviken, southern Skåne. The L-shape of the house forms a protected courtyard, which contains a pool, a lawn, planting and communal areas.
Facing the courtyard, the house’s facades have an open and light character, dominated by large glass partitions and naturally colored wooden surfaces. By contrast, the remaining facades are darker in tone with fewer and smaller openings, giving a more closed character.
Several exterior walls and wooden panel partitions help define the different spaces of the garden, while also linking the house to its carport and garden. Inside, the house has several bedrooms, the largest with its own bathroom and walk-in closet, as well as generous areas for socializing and recreation.
The house's combined kitchen and dining area is centrally located. This room overlooks the garden and, with a higher ceiling height than the other rooms of the house, allows for a large, highly placed window.
