In a forest glade in southern Gotland, a family wants to create a holiday home for the whole family, including their adult children’s families and friends. A number of interconnected building volumes create spaces for both togetherness and privacy. There is room for sun and shade, for moments in the mornings and the evenings.
The frame is made of wood with veneers covering the more closed walls. The material palette is plastered brick, untreated heartwood pine, zinc and glass.
